How do I upload my Artwork
There are about 4 ways in which you can upload the artwork.
- Once you have selected the product with all the details, you would taken to the upload page where you will get an option to upload the artwork. It is a good idea to save files in your smartphone or desktop so that it can be uploaded easily.
- For your convenience we have also provided a link on the home page itself so that you can pick up from where you left off and directly upload your artwork
- If none of them works for you, we will be more than happy to receive your artwork through Email, Dropbox or WeTransfer links. We would also accept Google Drive if you provide access to it.
- If you know what you want but are unable to create it, we also have a designer who will assist you with all the details and try to create what you wish.
Points to Remember while submitting Artwork
We accept FIVE formats - EPS, JPEG, PDF, AI, PSD.
- If the artwork is of full size we recommend 150 dpi (Dots per Inches) and if the artwork is of half size 150 dpi would be sufficient.
- Avoid placing important messages on edges, bleed area or the leeway as there is a full possibility of it being cut or covered. For Mesh and PVC, the edges are considered as 5 cm and the bleed area as 25 mm.
- The color code should be used as CMYK and not as RGB because there can be color shifts in the latter caused disruptions in your designs.
Can I pick my Order from your facility
Ideally we don’t follow this policy but if the order needs to be delivered on urgent basis, we can certainly take an exception.
Can my Artwork have Pantone shades?
Yes, however, please be mindful to provide in CMYK color code.
Just to inform you we always try to imitate your designs on the product, if possible exactly the same. However, there is a chance that the final print might differ a bit from the one you have selected on the computer.
Do you offer Guarantee on Delivery Date?
Any normal order is printed, produced and dispatched through a normal courier service on the next working day. But if the order is highly important then we would advise you to avail our Guaranteed Delivery Service where we would delivery your order by our personal van on the day and time of your choice. It would be a good idea to discuss this first and then avail the services.
Can I change my delivery address to my customer’s?
Yes, you can do that. However the order which we send would be plain.
Can I get my order designed from you?
Yes, we offer basic design services to customers at no cost. All you have to do is send in your design, logos, colors to our email and we will prepare it for you. Once done, we will send it for proof approval.
Do you deliver outside UK?
Yes indeed, however, please connect with us on this as the charges would differ depending on where you want to send it.
Do you send the artwork for approval before production?
We make it a point to send artwork digitally for approvals because we would want customer’s approval before it goes ahead.
How do I make the payment?
Payments can be made through debit/credit cards and bank transfers. Please note that making a full payment is necessary for ensuring hassle-free production and delivery.
How long until I receive my order?
Ideally we take 2 days for order dispatch. Once dispatched, ideally it gets delivered the next working day. However, if you are in need of a faster delivery please connect with us or take our guaranteed delivery services. Either way, once the dispatch is done the delivery details are sent to the customers.
How many eyelets/grommets does banner have usually?
Ideally there are eyelets every 50/60 cms. But if you have a specific requirements please let us know when placing the order.
What is bleed area you follow?
As a standard we place a 25 mm bleed area on height and width. If you order has any important texts or colors please don’t place it 5 cms of any edge.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We offer formats in five sizes - EPS, JPEG, PDF, AI, PSD.
What do I do if I get a damaged product?
Any and all order received must be inspected on delivery. If the order is damaged or missing , it needs to be reported within 24 hours and the delivery notes should be signed with the damaged note and details.
What your TAT for delivery?
We aim to dispatch all our products within 2 working days for banners/mesh banners/self adhesive vinyl orders
But, we might take 3-4 working days for banner frames/foamex and correx orders
